A rustic, unglazed round pot in an excellent 'weathered and crackled' texture.

This fine piece was hand-thrown on a wheel to a classic semi-cascade design and then gently altered. Made from dark red/brown stoneware, the pot is unglazed with some use of slip to the middle. The pot has softly curved walls and a slight lip to the rim. There is a central drainage hole plus four wiring holes. The pot sits proudly on a hand-cut foot ring and is finished in an excellent 'weathered and crackled' texture and 'claws' pattern to the body of the pot, which is also finished in a reddish-brown slip.

Double stamped (EBPC + やる気).
