A 6.7cm round pot in a delicate refined build and a vibrant persimmon glaze.

The pot is well constructed in a classic round design, with thin walls and integrated foot ring and cut foot arches. The pot is finished in a superb kaki, or persimmon glaze. This glaze was traditionally used in Japan for many centuries, it is made with a lot of iron oxide that give this bright orange/red and metallic black dots. This glaze is brilliant and is still used for bowl and Chawan coloration in Japan.
