A 30cm rectangle in an elongated form, and a magnificent aged looking glazed finish.

The pot is well constructed in this innovative elongated design, which could be used for many interesting tree designs - whether a hedge with red berries, or a delicate maple planted with 'negative space'.

The pot has recessed feet in a dark oxide finish and the body of the pot is finished in a 'Song glaze' in light blue. A glaze that recalls the ceramics of the Song period (12th China) with cracks that gives an antique pot appearance with a very discreet pale blue colour.
