An exquisite antique mirror shaped bonsai pot with precision in form and a magnificent glazed finish.

The body of the pot has an intricate and refined form, with curves and lines that follows the contours of the rim. Below, a basal band in relief sets the stage for the foot ring and delicate feet, sculpted in a complimentary design

The foot ring and feet are finished in a contrasting dark oxide finish. The body of the pot is finished in a 'Song glaze' in cream. A glaze that recalls the ceramics of the Song period (12th China) with cracks that gives an antique pot appearance with a discreet cream colour.

Triple stamped by the artist, including with the EBPC stamp.
