An iconic artist, Ian Baillie was one of the earliest of the celebrated UK bonsai potters and his pots have proven to be increasingly desirable.

This is a good sized older round pot in textured nanban like design, with a wonderful reddish brown oxide finish. The pot has a slight inner lip to the rim. The pot is finished with a swirling texture and varying tones of reddish-brown oxides, which would complement so many trees perfectly.

This is an older, pre-loved pot. Ian Baillie is still making pots, although less, and remains one of the U.K.'s leading bonsai potters. In good condition.
