Derek Aspinal - England. (Not an EBPC member)

A 27.6cm tall cascade pot by the magnificent, deceased artist, Derek Aspinal.

Aspinal pots are some of the most collectible of European pots, but are usually larger rectangles and ovals. Cascade pots are far fewer in number.

This superb example at almost a foot tall, is in very good condition, despite its age, with just a couple of tiny foot dents. (see pics). The pot has integrated feet and is finished in a muted light pastel green glaze, with subtle intricacies.
